How are retailers verified?

Retailers apply for access and are reviewed before using the platform. Final verification criteria and wording are still being refined.

Does Time Exchange charge commission?

Current public messaging states £0 commission for customer submissions. Final fee and commercial terms remain subject to review.

When are contact details shared?

Contact details are not shared during retailer browsing, review or negotiation. Details may be shared after an offer is accepted or a customer agrees to be connected.
